Staying at Chez Carriere was a delightful experience. The rooms were small but very cozy, and the location couldn't have been better, just inside the city wall and a mere 100 meters from the main square. The breakfast served was excellent, although it was missed having a kettle in the room.

I couldn't have asked for a better place for a short break. The hotel is right in the center, within the old walls, and just around the corner from the square. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service by the owner was really helpful and welcoming. However, the dining options, while good for different tastes, were not worth the money.

The owner was incredibly helpful with our luggage, carrying them to the room, and even assisting with storing our bags after we checked out before our Salins tour.
